One (or more) Sentence Summary: The Art of Calm is a very beautiful book.  I had a massage scheduled and took the book with me.  I sat in the calming room and read it before my massage.  The pictures are perfect as well.  Here are some of my favorites.

"Keep a beautiful flower on your desk."  I started doing this as part of my 2015 new year's resolution.  I have kept this up in 2016 and extended it to my house.  I have them in my kitchen window for all of us to enjoy.

"Say something nice to a stranger."  Love this one.

"Make a playlist of your favorite songs from high school."  I just join my music (I think through apple) and I downloaded so many of my favorite old songs.  I rock out in the car on the way to work.  Great way to start my day.

Fast read/slow read:  Very quick.

Cover:  So beautiful and I love symbolism of the lavender.
